This yarn is hand dyed 100% wool. It knits up as heavy worsted weight, about 4 stitches per inch on #9-10 needles, depending on your tension (CYCA #4). It is very similar to the poplular brand Reynolds Candide, and could be used for a wide assortment of garments. There is enough yarn in this one skein to make a vest for a child, a large scarf, or a hat and mitten set. It would be great for felting too!
Hand wash and drip dry (no bleach). Colorfast, smoke free, and will not fade.
