We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for online orders. If you use Paypal or a credit card, your order will ship within the next business day after payment.
SHIPPING: YOU PAY ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS OR LESS! You may choose U.S. First Class mail or Priority. One ball of crochet thread will ship First Class for as little as $1.86. All orders over one pound, NO MATTER HOW LARGE, will ship for only $5.30!!!! I usually ship the next business day after payment is received.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: International shipping can be surprisingly expensive! I usually ship First Class International with no insurance. Please contact me before you buy, and I can give you a shipping quote. Sorry, I cannot designate items as a gift.
RETURNS: If you are unhappy with your yarn or thread for any reason, please contact me ASAP. I will refund returned items within 10 days. Unfortunately I cannot refund shipping charges.
